Kassie joined the ARP team in 2021 and is focused on fostering a high level of quality in all facets of ARP’s business. She has earned a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Biology from SUNY Geneseo and is committed to providing our customers with defect-free product. Outside of work, she enjoys making memories with her young family and being a regular at Sunday night trivia.
Charles began his career at Advanced Rubber Products as a rubber injection molder in 2001. After years of dedicated service in various capacities, Charles was promoted to Purchasing and Logistics Manager in April of 2018. Charles knows firsthand the impact suppliers can have on ARP’s production process and works diligently to source quality materials at the best price possible.
Holly joined Advanced Rubber Products in November 2007 as the Production and Inventory Control Manager. Over the next seven years, Holly assumed many additional roles within ARP and learned all aspects of the company. In March 2015, Holly was promoted to General Manager and is responsible for all operational and managerial aspects at ARP. Holly has a Bachelors’ of Science Degree in Business Administration from Empire State College.
After working four years as an outstanding rubber injection molder, Joel was promoted to Production Scheduling and Inventory Control in May of 2018. Joel’s military and educational background prepared him for additional responsibilities and Joel was promoted to Production Manager in September 2019. With a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Masters Degree in Higher Education from Liberty University, Joel brings valuable leadership and management skills to the ARP team.
Ken McCarthy has over 45 years of experience at Advanced Rubber Products. Ken’s background as a machinist insures his ability to develop customer tooling and assist in product design for manufacturability. He is responsible for determining and maintaining process parameters for molded products at ARP. Ken’s extensive knowledge has proven to be a very valuable asset to our customer service and quote team.
Mike graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 2020 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He immediately entered the manufacturing industry as a project engineer. In addition, Mike is a licensed real estate salesperson. This unique skillset ensures new molded products are understood completely and quoted accurately. He is committed to being a valuable technical resource for ARP and the customer.
CC joined the ARP team at the start of COVID in 2020 and was instrumental in assisting us through the challenging months of increased production in our safety and electric utility product segments. CC continues to champion employee engagement, welcomes all visitors warmly (especially if they have treats) and is a much-needed silent participant in meetings.
