ARP Manufactures Awareness

Advanced Rubber Products was proud to participate in the Manufacturing Day events that took place across the country on October 4, by hosting guests and taking groups on guided tours of the ARP facilities. Among those who explored the factory and learned more about ARP’s custom rubber molding capabilities was the Town of Middlebury Supervisor, the Director and Assistant Director of the Wyoming County IDA, the President of the Wyoming County Chamber of Commerce and a representative from Hi-Tech of Rochester, a large industrial consultant group who was the region’s Manufacturing Day sponsor. The ARP team also conducted a tour for a group of eighth graders from the Wyoming Central School as part of their Career Day events. As guests explored the various working environments, rubber molding presses, mold storage room and festively decorated administrative offices, they enjoyed complimentary apples and cider. Parting gifts like ARP branded pens and Mr. Clean Magic Erasers (manufactured by ARP) were also given out to guests to help promote awareness of the American manufacturing industry. ARP made sure that everyone who attended knew more about custom rubber and silicone molding upon leaving and understood the importance of American manufacturing. ARP also made sure that no one left empty handed.
