Applicators (liquid dispensing)

These devices are molded for SBR rubber material which shares physical characteristics of natural rubber for flexibility. The applicators have a uniquely designed diaphragm slit and reservoir to ensure dosing accuracy. The applicators are laminated to a foam pad which allows even application of liquid shoe polish or for any liquid where controlled application is desired (cleaning agents as an example).

Water Tank Diaphragms/Bladders

The critical components that are used to maintain vacuum head in fresh water well tanks for the Hydronics Industry are molded from Nitrile rubber material in sizes 8" to 26" diameter.

Business Machine Components (Digital Copiers)

These Charged Metering Blades are molded with high wear resistant silicone rubber which is bonded to a stainless steel substrate strip in 8-1/2" and 11" lengths. The molded and assembled blades are used to pick up and distribute the toner by means of a static electrical charge. Xerox chose this component for their DC-212 and DC 214 digital copiers.

Cooling System Gaskets

These automotive cooling systems gaskets are molded from natural and silicone materials are made to withstand high temperatures and to prevent leakage of coolant liquids.

Rubber-to-Metal Bonded Parts

This is a pre-molding process which enables a permanent bond between a metal substrate and the rubber material by means of a chemical adhesive interface between the two materials. This bond verified by means of a tearing resistant test which is physically stronger than the rubber material itself. Rubber can be bonded to other substrates such as Nylon-66 or Nylon-612.
